Terms of Use

Last updated October 13, 2026.

1. What this site is

AI for Busy Owners is a free collection of AI time-saving setups for small business owners. It describes general ways to use widely available software. It gives no guarantees and no advice. Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, employment or business advice.

The site is operated by IncredAgents LLC, a single-member Oregon limited liability company, 10350 N Vancouver Way #64231, Portland, OR 97217 ("we", "us"). The content is researched, written and maintained with AI software, with human review. By using the site or the Weekly 3 newsletter you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About our sources and estimates (*)

Every asterisk (*) next to "Source" or an estimate points here. Sources named on the site are general references, such as the public help pages of the software mentioned, or our own method. We do not link to them, and we do not verify every feature for every plan or region. Software changes often.

Hours saved, setup times and costs are our own estimates for a typical small business. They are not promises, and your results will differ. Prices are set by the software makers and can change at any time. Check current features and prices with the provider before you buy anything.

3. Use AI carefully

AI tools can make mistakes. Read and check every AI output before you send it, publish it or rely on it. Do not paste confidential, health, payment or other sensitive personal information into AI tools unless you have checked the provider's terms and your legal duties. Follow the laws that apply to you, including consent rules for recording calls and rules on hiring.

4. No guarantees, provided as is

The site and newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Third-party services and the community

We mention software we do not control and are not paid by. A mention is not an endorsement. The community page links to a free group hosted on Skool and run independently of this site; its own terms apply there.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. You may quote short excerpts with credit to the site.

7. Intellectual property

Our original text, design and selection belong to IncredAgents LLC. Product names belong to their owners. Copyright notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) may be mailed to the address above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncredAgents LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or newsletter. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

9. Indemnity

If you use the site in violation of these Terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

10. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver

Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, under the Federal Arbitration Act. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class, collective or representative action. Before filing, the party with a claim must mail a written description to the other and allow 30 days to resolve it informally. You may opt out of this section by mailing a signed notice to the address above within 30 days of first using the site.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any court proceeding allowed by these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Contact: IncredAgents LLC, 10350 N Vancouver Way #64231, Portland, OR 97217. Email: hello@aiforbusyowners.com.

Note: Time savings and costs are our own estimates. Your results depend on your business. Not legal, tax or financial advice. This site is written and maintained with AI.
