The steps
- Write down the 15 questions customers ask most, with your best answers.
- Use the prompt below to turn them into a clean FAQ page and add it to your site.
- Turn on your website builder's chat or AI assistant and point it at the FAQ page.
- Set it to collect name and email when it cannot answer, and to tell people when you will reply.
- Each week, read the conversations and add any new question to the FAQ.
Copy this prompt
Here are the questions customers ask me and my rough answers. Rewrite them as a clear FAQ for my website, grouped by topic, each answer under 60 words. Do not promise anything I have not written here.
Replace anything in [brackets] with your own details. Always read AI output before you send it.
